1 pound scrambled sausage
6 slices buttered bread, torn into small pieces
6 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
2 cups Cheddar or sharp cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage 10 minutes in fry pan and drain. Grease casserole dish and place bread in bottom. Spread sausage over bread. Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over sausage. Cover with grated cheese. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Good with buttered grits and applesauce.
