2 c leftover mashed potatoes
1/2 4oz package of cream cheese
2 1/2 tsp instant onion soup mix
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp butter
milk
1 1/2 c crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes,cheese, onion soup mix & pepper. Add 1/2 tbsp milk if this mixture is dry. Shape potatoes into 8 balls and dip in beaten eggs.
Roll into corn flake crumbs
Place on a greased cookie sheep and Bake 400º
for 10-15 minutes until hot & crispy
