2 lbs potatoes
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp softened butter
salt & pepper to taste
Pam spray
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender
mash until fluffy..DO NOT ADD MILK OR BUTTER
Add salt & Pepper Cool potatoes slightly.
Spray a molded pan
Fold cheese into potatoes and pat into mold
Brush with soft butter and bake 400º about 25 min until golden brown.
Remove from mold brush again with butter and broil until crisp.
Veggies can be added to center of the potato ring for flare
