500 gm bag (1lb) bag of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 c toasted slivered almonds
1 small purple onion sliced thin
Dressing
1 c light cream cheese
1/4 c white wine vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 c strawberries
Directions:
Directions:

Mix all dressing ingredients and smash the berries for the dressing
Clean and prepare spinach
Add strawberries and other ingredients Enjoy
