1 cup apple cider vinegar,
1 lemon, juiced or 1/3 Cup lemon juice,
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper,

Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using. Reserve about 1/2 cup, to serve on the side.
