Ingredients:  
1 green pepper
1 lb. jalapenos
5 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp lime juice
2 packages liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pectin; boil for 1 minute. Immediately stir in pectin; boil for another minute. Spoon into jars. Water bath 10 minutes.

This is NOT a hot jelly, as it looks like, but is very good, even on pork as a sauce.
