1/4 c butter or margarine
3 tbsp brown or white sugar
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
2 c thick, unsweetened applesauce
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan. Blend sugar and crumbs. Place crumbs in frying pan and cook slowly over a low heat, stirring constantly until lightly browned and well mixed with the butter.

Press 3/4 c crumbs in greased baking dish.

Cover with applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with remaining 3/4 c crumbs.

Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours - longer if desired.
