1 box (16 oz.) graham crackers
2 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz. cool whip
1,2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make pudding. Stir cool whip in it.
2. In a 9x13 in. pan,place graham crackers out for the crust.
3. Spread pudding over crackers, evenly. Place more crackers on top of the pudding. Then, refrigerate.
4. Now, using a small pot, place butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until it thickens.
5. Add to cake and chill for about 2 hours.
