2 1/2 pounds cooking apples such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup chutney (Major Grey)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apple slices in a lightly greased 11X7-inch baking dish; set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan; add marmalade and remaining 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; pour over apple slices.
Bake at 400º for 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve with ham or pork.
