1 med onion, sliced thin
2 lg cucumbers, peel, seed, slice in 1/2" rounds
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 c milk
1 c velveeta
bread crumbs
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly steam cucumbers and onions. Arrange in buttered casserole dish. In small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook till bubbling. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook till smooth. Add velveeta and melt. Pour sauce over cucumbers and onions. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dust lightly with paprika.

Can use crackers crumbled and mixed with melted butter, instead of bread crumbs for topping.
