Ingredients:  
1 pie crust, baked
2 c mozzarella, divided in half
1 c fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tomatoes, chopped & drained

Directions:
Directions:
While still hot, spread 1/2 of mozzarella over bottom of pie crust to melt. Set aside to cool.
Layer tomatoes, basil and garlic. Mix mozzarella, mayonnaise and parmesan together. Spread this over tomato layer. Bake at 350º till bubbly and browned.
