1 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped parsley
2 lbs fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c cooking oil
3/4 tsp paprika
2 cans Hunts tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, celery and parsley. Arrange in large shallow greased baking dish. Place fish in over-lapping layers over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle oil over top. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in medium hot oven (375ºF) for 10 minutes.

Pour tomato sauce over fish.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until fish is flaky and sauce bubbles. Baste fish frequently with sauce.
