3/4 c. butter, melted,
14 sheets phyllo dough,
3 c. diced cooked chicken,(used 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and chopped)
1/2 lb.. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, or whole package micro ready bacon, chopped
3 c. broccoli, blanched and cooled
2 cups shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese,
5 eggs
2 c. 1/2 and 1/2 cream,
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
Parmesan cheese (to top)


Directions:

Brush sides and bottom of 9 x 13 with melted butter. Place one sheet of phyllo in bottom of dish; lightly brush with butter; repeat 6 more times.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese; spread evenly over phyllo. In a small bowl whisk the eggs, cream and spices; pour over chicken mixture. Cover filling with one sheet of phyllo; brush with butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; repeat with remaining phyllo dough. Brush top with remaining butter and more Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375* for 30-35min. Let stand for 5-10 min before cutting.
