2 cups sifted flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Roll to 1/8 inch thick. Let dry for about 2 hours, turning so both sides can dry. Then roll and slice as thin or thick as desired. Drop in boiling chicken broth. Cook about 30 minutes.
I like to add these to chicken soup. They are better than those in the store.

The pioneer women made these often. They are filling and delicious. I remember my mother in law Minnie making these.
