2 cups (4 or 5) yellow squash, cooked and mashed
1 can cram of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion grated
1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing
1 stick margarine
1 large carrot, grated (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick margarine and add 1 pkg. Pepperidge farm dressing and carrot. In a separate bowl mix squash, soup, sour cream and onion together. Place layer of dressing, then layer of squash mixture, ending with layer or dressing. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º in casserole dish.
