1 lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. plus 2 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
Topping:
2 c. powdered sugar
6 T. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, water, lemon juice, eggs, and oil. Add the pudding mix. Bake at 350 in a 9x13 pan for 35 minutes. Remove cake from the oven. Fork holes in the cake. Pour topping over the cake and bake 5 more minutes.
