1c. milk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 c. flour
4 eggs

No directions provided but we found these in a recipe by the same name:

Cream together butter and sugar, then eggs. Stir in vanilla.
Alternate flour and milk, beginning and ending with flour; beat slowly after each addition. Do not overbeat.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake or loaf pan.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

Note - Bake 300 after 1967 - "oven reset". Also wrote bake at 500 degrees. We can assume that was BEFORE resetting the oven.
