1 small can diced green chiles
1 lb. each jack and cheddar cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1 bottle mild salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Spread green chiles on bottom of pan. Put all grated cheese on top of chiles. Mix eggs, evap. milk and flour, pour over top of cheese. Spread salsa on top

Cook 350 º for 40 minutes.
