1 package crescent rolls
4 cups sliced squash (green or yellow or mixed)
1 sweet onion sliced
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' vegetables in butter, add seasonings. Mix with eggs and cheese. Place in 10 inch pie dish with crescent rolls as the crust. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until nice and brown. 325º This is a nice dish for a luncheon, serve with green salad or fruit salad.
