2 lbs. green grapes seedless
2 lbs. red grapes seedless
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 (8oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar packed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and de-stem grapes. Lay o towel to dry. Do not cut or salad will be watery. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar until well blended. Add 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup nuts to this mixture. Fold in grapes and mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and nuts on top.

No cooking!!!!!!! This makes 5 lbs of salad. It is always a hit for a large get together.

This recipe appeared in the Baptist Courier several years ago from a lady at one of the Baptist Churches in Anderson, SC.
