1 lb. large shrimp
1 lb. medium scallops
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 small onion, diced
5 to 6 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/8 C. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter for 1 minute. Put scallops and shrimp in pan. Keep heat medium-high. Cook about 2 minutes. Sprinkle flour in pan. Cook a few seconds, pour in sherry. Cook down for about 1 minute. Pour in cream. If sauce needs thickening, remove seafood with a slotted spoon. Cook down 2-3 minutes. Put seafood back in pan. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
