1 pound lean ground beef
2 c. cooked white rice
2 cans chili beans
1 bag frozen corn
8 ounces macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1- 12 oz jar salsa
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Mix in tomato soup, salsa, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir in pasta.
On the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan, put the chili beans and rice. Top beans and rice with frozen corn and the spread the pasta mixture evenly over the corn. Sprinkle crumbled taco chips and shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 35-45 min., until cheese is melted and it is hot throughout. Serve with chopped green onions and sour cream.
