1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and shelled
1/2 lb. scallops, cooked
1/2 lb. langastinos (cooked, processed crill, sold as frozen imitation lobster or crab)
2 T. Smart Balance, "fake butter" made with omega oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt "fake butter" in sauce pan, add garlic salt. Add seafood and cook until warmed through. Serve with steamed veggies and whole grain rice. Yield: 2 to 4 servings.
