2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1t. salt
1/2t. pepper
2 beaten eggs
3/4c. milk
1/4c. chopped onion
2T. prepared mustard
1-1/2c. grated sharp cheese
2 slices bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as directed and drain well. Add all other ingredients except bacon and mix well. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Can be made ahead and reheated.
