4 (6 in Hot or Mild sausages 1 1/4 lbs)
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips, stems and seeds discarded
1 sm. onion, peeled and sliced into rings
4 pita bread
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c prepared marinara sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 c, (4 ounces) shredded Italian blend cheese or mozzarella cheese

PREHEAT: grill 5 minutes
PLACE: Sauaage on grill Cook 8 minutes or until fully cooked set aside. Place bell pepper and onion pieces on grill; cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
BRUSH: pita breads on one side with oil. Grill about 1 minute or until soft.
MEANWHILE: combine marinara sauce, basil and oregano in small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat until hot about 5 minutes
CUT sausage i half lengthwise Divide sausage, bell pepper and onion among pita breads. Top with sauce and cheese. Fold pita breads in half
