Chicken
3 cups self rising flour (more or less)
1 tbsp vegetable Oil (approximately)
black pepper
warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a large pot and cover with water, add salt.Bring to a boil and cook until chicken is tender. I use breast and leg quarters) When chicken is cooked, remove broth and take chicken off the bone. Set boned chicken aside.
Mix flour, oil and water until dough is tough. (real tough) Put flour on rolling surface and roll out with rolling pin. Cut strips and drop into boiling broth, add some the chicken and black pepper, Repeat, layering until you use all of the chicken and the dumplings. Cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes or until dumplings are done.
