1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. hoisen sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. honey
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. peeled, grated, fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
3/4 tsp. 5 spice powder
4 pound boneless Boston butt port roast, cut in half
1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in a large ziplock bag and add pork. Marinate for at least 2 hours turning occasionally.
Place pork and marinade in a slow cooker, fat side up. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and reduce to low for 6 hours or until very tender.
Remove from slow cooker to a cutting board and cover with aluminum foil.
Add broth to sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 30 min. Shred pork; serve with sauce.
