2 C. cooked chicken, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. plain yogurt
2-3 C. cooked rice
1 1/2 C. crushed Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 cube melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tougher chicken, soup and yogurt. Spread over cooked rice in a 8 x 13 buttered pan. Top with a mixture of the crackers, poppy seeds and melted butter.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
