3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, brown sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
2. Remove from heat. Immediately add butter and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour warm frosting over bars, cakes, etc.
