1/2 c. margarine
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sour cream

Filling
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples
1/2 c. raisins

Icing
1-1/2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
milk

Directions:

Cut margarine into the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Stir in the sour cream and mix well.

Roll out as big as possible. Spread with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

Prepare about 4 apples and slice onto the rolled out pastry. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup raisins on the apples and then sprinkle with most of the sugar and cinnamon. Roll up like a jelly roll and seal well.

Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread more melted butter on top and sprinkle with rest of sugar mixture.

Bake at 350º for about an hour. Drizzle with icing.
