5 lb bag of potatoes
1 large tub of sour cream
1 family size can of Campbell's Crem of Mushroon soup
1 stick of margarine or butter
cheese
Grape Nut's cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 5 lbs of potatoes ( peel or not) set to cool.
In sauce pan, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup , butter and heat up mixture.
Slice the potatoes and layer them with the sauce as if making lasagna. Grate your favorite cheese on top and sprinkle with Grape Nuts cereal.
Bake at 350 until hot and cheese is melted ( 30-45 minutes).
