2 cups Vidalia onions (chopped)
1/2 stick butter
1 sleeve unsalted crackers (crushed)
2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
1 pack onion soup mix
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter, set aside to cool. In large bowl, mix all other ingredients; add onions.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350º oven 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
