6-8 pieces white bread
1-2 cups grated cheese
1 pound sausage
dash Tabasco, Salt and Pepper
6 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoons French's Mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage slightly and drain off grease. Break bread into small pieces in large flat casserole. Sausage is placed next, then cheese, then another layer of all. Mix all liquids with beaten eggs and desired seasonings. Pour over layers. Cover and let stand overnight. Cook at 350º for about 45 minutes. Paprika on top is optional.
