Ingredients:  
1 pound pecan halves,
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites in large bowl until frosty.
2. Pour nuts in and shake to coat them all in egg whites.
Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon together in another bowl.
3. Add mixture to nuts and shake to cover.
4. Place on cookie sheet and start baking at 300º for 15 minutes.
5. Stir nuts around and place back in oven for 15 minutes.
7. Repeat until they have been in the oven for 45 minutes.
Stir them around and let them cool.
