CRUST

1-1/4 cup Chocolate crumb crust
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup sugar

FILLING
3 packages(8 ounce) of cream cheese(softened)
1-1/4 cup of sugar
8 ounces of sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup of cocoa
2 tbsp. of flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together and place at the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan for the crust.
2. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven at 350º for 10 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended add sour cream and vanilla until mixed then add the cocoa and flour. Add eggs and beat mixture until smooth.
4. Pour filling into pan and place back in oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool completely.
5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the cheesecake.
6. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
