1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring the water, salt and butter to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the flour all at once, beating constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from the heat and add the eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Drop onto baking sheet with a large spoon, rounding the top, or make into long bars. Bake for 45-50 min. at 400 degree oven until light brown.
Fill with chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, custard or sweetened whip cream.
