CRUST
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs,
1/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies,
1/4 cup sugar,
7 tbsp. melted butter,
1 cup of peanut butter,

FILLING
3(8 ounce) packages of cream cheese softened,
1 cup sugar,
3 beaten eggs,
1 cup sour cream,
2 tsp. vanilla,
1 cup of hot fudge,
1 bag of mini peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine graham crackers and chocolate cookie crumbs. Add sugar and melted butter.
2. Gently place the crust in the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Then place pan on a baking pan.
3. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. Take it out and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
4. Place a cup of peanut butter in the microwave to soften it. Then pour over the crust not over the edges.
5. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour one cup out and set aside.
6. Pour your mixture into the pan.
7. Melt half a cup of hot fudge and place in the small bowl and stir to make a chocolate flavor.
8. Use a spoon and place chocolate dough in 7 seperate circles around the pan. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate around. Try your best not to touch the bottom.
9.Place pan into the oven on 350º. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
10. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
11. Microwave the rest of the hot fudge. Drizzle over cheesecake and add the bag of mimi peanut butter cups.
12. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
