2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
12 bacon strips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into two 6 inch rolls. Place 6 bacon strips side by side on large sheet of waxed paper. Place a beef roll over bacon, roll up wrapping bacon around roll, secure with toothpick. Repeat with second roll. Place in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375º for 45-50 minutes.
