1 c sweet potatoes cooked until soft and quartered
1/4 c butter
2 Tbsp Spiced Rum
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into thick slices and layer in shallow baking dish
Combine butter rum salt & brown sugar Bring to boil and simmer 5 min or until thickened.
Pour over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with extra brown sugar
Bake 15 min -350º
