1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Stuffing
1 bottle red wine
1 cup orange Juice
3 whole cloves
1 cup raisins
2 tsp fresh ginger
5 cloves smashed garlic
1 c white rice cooked 1/3 c wild rice cooked
1/2 c margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wine,juice raisins,cloves ginger & garlic
heat to boiling until raisins are plump
Strain & Keep juice
Mix raisins both rices and margarine
Stuff birds with mixture
Line birds in a pan with water & cover Cook 2 hrs 350º
The wine sauce you save ,pour over birds cook 15 min uncovered
Thicken sauce and serve drizzled over birds
