Ice Cream
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put Rice Krispies in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out and crush Rice Krispies a little bit with a rolling pin. Mix together melted butter, coconut, chopped pecans and brown sugar. Mix brown sugar mixture with Rice Krispies. Divide mixture into 2. Press one half of mixture into 9 x 13 dish and press with spoon. Top with a half of gallon of ice cream. Top with the rest of the Rice Krispie mixture. Freeze. Cut into squares.
