1 egg
1 slice of white bread
1/4 milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound of ground beef
1 box of manicotti
1 - 25 ounce jar of your favorite tomato sauce
4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9X13 baking dish.
2. In large bowl, add milk and bread to soften. Add uncooked ground beef, egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to bowl with milk mixture. Combine.
3. Stuff beef mixture into uncooked manicotti tubes and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over prepared manicotti tubes. Pour jar of tomato sauce over cheese. Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Last 10 minutes, remove foil and brown cheese.
