2 10 oz. peg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Mushroom soup
4 large eggs, beaten
1 large sweet onion, diced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. mayo
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
36 round Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together first 10 ingredients in large bowl. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Sprinkle evenly with crackers. Bake at 350º 40 to 45 minutes until set.
