quart size Ziploc Baggies
Eggs

Optional fixings:
Green Peppers, chopped
Onions, chopped fine
Tomatoes, chopped fine
Bacon, pre-cooked and crumbled or bacon pieces
Ham, cut into small pieces
Cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
Anything else you would like to add to your omelet

Directions:
With a sharpie, each person write his/her name on their baggie. Crack 2 (or 3..see times below) eggs into baggie. Close bag and work eggs until completely mixed. Reopen baggie and add desired fixings. VERY IMPORTANT: before closing baggie, place baggie on edge of table and squeeze out all excess air. Then seal baggie completely. Place baggies in large pot of boiling water on stove. Do NOT put too many baggies into the pot at one time. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
NOTE: If using 3 eggs, may need to cook for 15-17 minutes. Also, watery vegetable such as onions and tomatoes may take longer to cook.

Pour eggs onto plate and enjoy!!
