4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 can chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
Whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator. Pour into a cold ice cream freezer canister and add whole milk to full line, freeze. Makes one gallon.

The colder the ingredients and canister the faster ice cream freezes.

This is a favorite treat our sorority makes every year for the Fairfax fair.
