1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4-5 T water

Double crust:

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
5-7 T water

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and moisten with water, not too soggy but a workable texture.
