3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. prepared Italian Cooking Sauce
1/2 cup light cream
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese
Parmesan cheese, canned

Directions:

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip in egg and roll in crumbs. Sauté in butter until browned. Dilute spaghetti sauce with light cream (reserve 2 Tbsp.). Pour sauce in bottom of covered casserole. Add chicken. Top each piece with 1 slice Swiss and Mozzarella cheese. Add reserved sauce. Sprinkle with butter and Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
