2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
9 tbsp ketchup
6 tbsp soy sauce
4 to 5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. sautee onions
2. lightly brown chicken on each side
3. (for sauce) combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon and pepper, mix well
4. pour sauce over chicken, bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 25-30 minutes (until chicken is cooked)

-before browning, I sliced the chicken into pieces
-tastes the best served over rice!
-I wanted a little more heat, so next time I make it I will probably add siracha or some kind of hot chili sauce
