1 onion, chopped
2T butter
3c. boiling water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg frozen cut broccoli
5 oz. skinny noodles
3c. milk
1/2 # velveeta cheese cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee chopped onion in butter.
In large dutch oven bring water and bouillon cubes to a boil.
Add broccoli and boil for five minutes.
Add noodles and cook for five minutes.
Turn burner on medium low and add milk.
Add cheese and sauteed onion to pot.
Stir often until cheese is melted.
*if thicker consistency is desired may add a little cornstarch.
