Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large cans of buttermilk biscuits,
5 apples, peeled and sliced,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 cup butter
5 tbsp. cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
This is so great. To start, you will need to place apples in water to boil for 3 minutes. Then, place apples in frying pan with melted 1/4 cup butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Then, you will need to roll out each biscuit to about 5 inches around. Place about 1 tbsp. butter in a skillet per each new batch of pies in order to keep the bottom sticking. Heat it up to about 350. While it is heating, continue mixing together the apples. Then, place about 1-2 tbsp. of apple mixture to the center of the biscuit. Fold it over and pinch all around the sides with a fork dipped in milk. Repeat with the rest. Place in a skillet. Try not to let them touch each other in the skillet. You may need a fork to keep the sides together. Usually, baking each side for 3-5 minutes is good. Then, place them together on a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar!
